Sylent Solutions Support Info

 

We offer several ways to get help when you need it.

Before asking for help, we suggest you look at the Frequently Asked Questions, (FAQ), if you can not find the answers you need there, then use any of the methods below.

 

 

FAQ & Knowledgebase:

Many answers to your questions can be answered in the FAQ section of the site, or our knowledgebase.

 

Live Chat:

We have a live chat icon in the upper right of most pages of the site.

The system uses instant messenger to contact us. If the system is reported as "offline", you may leave a message.

(The system requires Yahoo or Windows Live!)

 

Email, phone or mail:

All of these options can be found on our contact page.

 

Support Tickets:

You can submit a support ticket and a member of the staff will help you through your situation, or answer any questions you may have.

The support ticket system assigns a number to your contact and the system also contains a database of issues that have been answered before.
